Our Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (software scripts and templates), we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete and the download link has been accessed.

When We Do Offer Refunds

• If the product does not work as described and we cannot fix the issue within 5 business days
• If you were charged twice for the same order
• If the product was not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
